Terms of use

Version 2026-09-18-terms-1Effective from 09/18/2026
1. Operator and scope

These terms govern use of reklamis.lt, reklamis.lv and reklaamis.ee. The operator is REKLAMIS LT, UAB, company code 305717076, Savanorių pr. 178F-104, Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact: [email protected]. This revision takes effect on 2026-09-18.

The websites present equipment, materials and services and allow enquiries. These terms do not replace a specific quotation, sales or service agreement or mandatory consumer rights. Browsing alone does not create a purchase obligation.

2. Catalogue information and quotations

Descriptions, specifications, images, videos and documents help you assess products and services. Images may show optional accessories or a different configuration. Availability, compatibility, included software and services, price, taxes, delivery, installation, training and warranty terms must be checked in the specific quotation and agreement.

A catalogue entry or enquiry does not itself confirm an order or service visit. Binding obligations arise under the applicable quotation, acceptance and contract terms. Updates to the site do not unilaterally change existing contracts. Mandatory duties to provide accurate pre-contractual information remain unaffected.

3. Enquiries and submitted material

Provide accurate contact details and information needed to assess your request. If acting for a company or another person, you must have appropriate authority. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files or unrelated personal data.

By providing files, you permit their use to assess and respond to your request and perform agreed work. This does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted advertising licence. You must have the necessary rights to provide the files.

4. Lawful use and security

You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or use forms for spam. Automated activity must not disrupt the site or infringe rights. Abusive traffic or access may be restricted where necessary and proportionate to protect the service.

Staff administration is not a public customer account. Do not share credentials. Report suspected misuse or vulnerabilities to [email protected] without accessing other people's data or exploiting the issue.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, graphics, videos, software and documents are protected where applicable and belong to their respective rights holders. Manufacturer names and logos identify products; their display does not itself grant a licence or establish a representation agreement.

You may view the site and use materials expressly offered for download for their stated purpose, subject to licence terms and statutory exceptions. Other reproduction, alteration, republication or commercial reuse requires an appropriate legal basis or permission. Do not remove ownership or copyright notices.

6. Technical information and safety

Website content does not replace the exact model's instructions, safety requirements or professional assessment. Do not carry out repairs beyond your competence or permitted operator tasks. Tests, servicing and training must be agreed in advance; an enquiry does not automatically confirm timing or scope.

7. External links, availability and liability

The site may link to manufacturers, video platforms and other resources. Their content, availability and data handling are governed by the relevant providers. An external link is not a guarantee of that service.

Maintenance, faults or communications problems may affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be error-free. Report errors to [email protected]. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy policy explains personal data processing; the Cookie policy explains technologies and choice management. Reading these terms or submitting an enquiry is not automatic consent to marketing or non-essential cookies.

9. Questions, disputes and changes

Send questions or complaints to [email protected], identifying the relevant page or transaction. We seek to resolve disagreements through communication. Disputes are handled under applicable law by competent authorities or courts. These terms do not restrict mandatory rights or lawful dispute-resolution options.

Changes apply from the stated effective date and do not retrospectively change agreed contracts or remove accrued rights. Language versions are intended to have equivalent meaning. If wording differs, contact us for clarification; no translation may limit mandatory rights.
