Overview

GZM3204SG and GZM3202SG print up to 3,200 mm wide on roll-fed sign media including banners, frontlit and backlit materials, vinyl and film. CMYK solvent or eco-solvent ink is selected for the particular printer version and substrate. GZM3204SG uses four StarFire 1024 heads; GZM3202SG uses two. A further choice is the 10 pl or 25 pl version. At 300 × 400 dpi, the manufacturer rates the 10 pl models at up to 234 and 129 m²/h respectively, and the 25 pl versions at up to 229 and 126 m²/h. These are mode-specific figures, not universal production rates. Automatic feeding and take-up, negative-pressure ink recirculation, multi-zone heating and IR drying support the roll workflow. A separate take-up system and mesh-printing kit are optional. Selection should account for detail, substrate preparation and drying conditions as well as speed.
