Overview

The Roland DGXPRESS ER-641 prints sign and display graphics on compatible roll vinyl, banner and other eco-solvent media. Applications include signs, window graphics and displays. Contour cutting is not integrated. ER-641 has one printhead and a CMYK ink system; it is distinct from the dual-head ER-642. Maximum printing width is 1,615 mm, loaded media width is 259–1,625 mm and roll weight is up to 45 kg. The manufacturer's maximum speed of up to 43.5 m²/h is mode-dependent, not universal production throughput. Choose the print profile, drying conditions and quality mode for the media and job. Lamination and contour cutting are separate production stages.
