Overview

The Roland DGXPRESS ER-642 handles roll-fed graphics for signs, banners, window graphics and vehicle graphics on compatible media. Its dual-head design distinguishes it from the single-head ER-641. Contour cutting is not integrated. The CMYK system prints up to 1,615 mm wide. Loaded media can be 259–1,625 mm wide, with rolls up to 45 kg. Up to 76.1 m²/h refers to the manufacturer's maximum-speed mode, not throughput across all media and quality settings. Plan the media profile, drying and finishing stages together. Lamination and contour cutting use separate equipment; these stages are not included in the printer speed figure.
