Overview

The Roland Texart ZT-1900 prints dye-sublimation transfer paper for sportswear, fashion, interior fabrics and soft signage. A separate heat-transfer stage moves the print onto suitable textile; the printer does not replace a calender or heat press. Four double-channel Kyocera printheads use CMYK inks. The manufacturer brochure lists up to 220 m²/h at 600 × 300 dpi in one-pass mode and 150 m²/h at 600 × 600 dpi in two-pass mode. These are distinct quality settings, not guaranteed end-to-end production rates. The brochure specifies paper from 15–220 g/m² and rolls up to 450 kg. Diameter limits differ: 730 mm at the back and 600 mm at the front. Water-based sublimation inks come in 5 kg packs. Match paper, textile, transfer equipment and RIP software when planning the line; the manufacturer lists ErgoSoft as an optional purchase.

Roland DGRoland DG

Roland DG manufactures wide-format printers, integrated print-and-cut systems, cutting plotters, engravers and milling equipment. These equipment groups serve sign production, textile decoration, product personalisation and industrial applications. When choosing equipment, first distinguish between printing alone, printing with cutting, and material processing through engraving or milling. An integrated print-and-cut system performs both operations in one machine, while a separate cutting plotter provides an independent workstation. The appropriate model depends on the material, workpiece format and planned production process.
