GONGZHENG H1612GI — flatbed UV LED printer

The H1612GI prints directly onto flat substrates over a 1,600 × 1,200 mm area, accommodating material up to 150 mm thick. Its Ricoh G5i head system uses UV ink cured by four water-cooled LED UV lamps. Choose four CMYK heads for colour output, or configurations with white and optional varnish for layered graphics. The 34 m²/h maximum applies to the four-CMYK Draft mode; the white + two-CMYK + varnish configuration is rated at 17.2 m²/h in Draft and 14 m²/h in Production. Camera positioning, a magnetic linear motor and a cylinder-printing kit are options, not standard equipment. Substrate adhesion and any primer requirement should be evaluated on the actual material.
