Manufacturer code: MO-240MO-240On request

Overview

The Roland DG MO-240 prints directly onto objects positioned on a flat table. It suits personalisation and promotional production, from individual items to batches of consistently positioned workpieces. Maximum print area is 610 × 458 mm; the permitted object envelope is up to 640 × 488 × 204 mm. Maximum object weight is 8 kg, reduced to 4 kg when using the vacuum table. Loading dimensions are not the same as the printable area, so allow space for workholding. Built-in UV LED lamps cure the ink. White, gloss, additional colours and primer depend on the selected ink family and channel configuration. The manufacturer's listed inks should not be treated as one interchangeable set. Test adhesion on the actual substrate, surface preparation and the required finish before batch production.

Manufacturer

Roland DGRoland DG

Roland DG manufactures wide-format printers, integrated print-and-cut systems, cutting plotters, engravers and milling equipment. These equipment groups serve sign production, textile decoration, product personalisation and industrial applications. When choosing equipment, first distinguish between printing alone, printing with cutting, and material processing through engraving or milling. An integrated print-and-cut system performs both operations in one machine, while a separate cutting plotter provides an independent workstation. The appropriate model depends on the material, workpiece format and planned production process.
