GONGZHENG / ThunderJet AQ1800UV — roll-to-roll UV LED printer

The AQ1800UV prints flexible UV inks onto roll-fed sign media. The manufacturer lists banner, coated PP, vinyl, backlit textile, PVC and PET film. Two water-cooled LED UV lamps cure the ink, with 3–4 Epson I3200-U1 print heads. Colour and multilayer printing have different production rates. The 46.8 m²/h maximum applies to three-head colour printing in Draft mode; Production mode is rated at 41 m²/h. Adding white or varnish layers reduces throughput, so these figures do not apply to every configuration. Maximum print width is 1,800 mm and roll weight is 50 kg. The white-ink configuration includes recirculation. Check adhesion, flexibility and layer order on the actual material; the varnish option is not a statement that it is included as standard.
