Overview

The Roland DG UG-641 combines UV LED printing and contour cutting in one device. It suits stickers, labels, window graphics and packaging prototypes where both the printed image and its cut shape matter. D-UA ink is cured by built-in UV LED lamps. White ink can provide a covering layer on clear or dark substrates, while gloss creates highlights and textures. Select the ink set around the intended work: these capabilities are not shared by every configuration. The printer accepts media from 210 to 1,625 mm wide, with a maximum printing and cutting width of 1,600 mm. Maximum thickness is 1 mm including the liner for printing, and 0.4 mm including the liner or 0.22 mm without it for cutting. Test substrate suitability and adhesion before production. The TU4 take-up unit and ET-64 extension table are optional accessories.

Roland DGRoland DG

Roland DG manufactures wide-format printers, integrated print-and-cut systems, cutting plotters, engravers and milling equipment. These equipment groups serve sign production, textile decoration, product personalisation and industrial applications. When choosing equipment, first distinguish between printing alone, printing with cutting, and material processing through engraving or milling. An integrated print-and-cut system performs both operations in one machine, while a separate cutting plotter provides an independent workstation. The appropriate model depends on the material, workpiece format and planned production process.
