JWEI LSC-1509 — cutting system for print finishing

JWEI LSC-1509 is designed for print shops and packaging developers cutting contours or preparing fold lines without a dedicated cutting die. Its effective cutting area is 1380 × 800 mm; the area should not be inferred from the model number. Through cutting separates the finished shape from the blank, while kiss cutting cuts the self-adhesive layer without cutting through the backing. Creasing wheels form fold lines and the plotting tool adds markings. Vacuum hold-down secures the material, while an industrial camera helps align cutting with printed work. The manufacturer brochure lists cardboard, coated paper, kraft paper, self-adhesive materials, PVC and PP board. Maximum thickness is 1.5 mm and maximum speed 1500 mm/s; both depend on the material. Repeat precision is ±0.1 mm. Maximum movement speed is not guaranteed production output. Designs are exported from Illustrator or CorelDRAW in PLT, DXF, XML or CF2 format to JWCS software. The brochure describes QR-code scanning for file selection. Software licensing and the tools included in the configuration are agreed separately. Connectivity is Ethernet; rated power is 2 kW and voltage 220 V ±10%. Machine dimensions are 1850 × 1330 × 1000 mm.
