JWEI LST-0604-RM — sheet cutter with automatic feeding

JWEI LST-0604-RM is intended for digital print shops producing stickers, packaging samples and short runs. Cutting along a digital contour allows shape changes without a dedicated cutting die. Automatic sheet feeding, assisted collection and CCD camera positioning connect sheet preparation with print-aligned cutting. QR-code recognition selects the cutting file. Through cutting, kiss cutting and creasing are selected for the material and tool. The manufacturer's maximum material size is 600 × 400 mm and minimum is 210 × 297 mm; these are material dimensions, not a guaranteed usable cutting area. The feeding stack must be below 100 mm. Maximum cutting speed is 1200 mm/s, thickness up to 1.5 mm depending on material, and repeat precision ±0.1 mm. Maximum speed is not finished-sheet throughput. Data transfer is Ethernet / LAN; listed formats are PLT, DXF, XML and CF2. Supply is 220 V ±10%, 50 Hz; machine power is 4 kW, weight 280 kg and dimensions 2250 × 800 × 1100 mm.
